In this video I discuss how long it takes till you can see the results of your Age-Related Macular Degeneration treatment.

Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration is effectively treated with monthly injections and there are groups of patients who respond to treatment very quickly and get very good vision after one or two injections.

Unfortunately there are patients who have slightly more advanced wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration which takes more injections and more time to notice the improvement.

I do have patients who notice improvement after a week after their injections, and are absolutely astounded with their results. But it’s achieving a long term solution with regular injections to ensure that they don’t develop any recurrence of their AMD.
